This short course covers the fundamentals of project management, and is for anyone whose work involves managing and leading projects.

This Skill Set covers the skills and knowledge required to:

• determine and manage project scope;
• manage risks that may impact achievement of project objectives;
• integrate and balance overall project management functions and to align and track project objectives to comply with organisational goals, strategies and objectives.

This Skill Set involves:

• obtaining project authorisation, developing a scope management plan, and managing the application of project scope controls;
• identifying, analysing, treating and monitoring project risks, and assessing risk management outcomes.

This Skill Set is suitable for individuals who:

• are responsible for managing and leading a project in an organisation, business or as a consultant.

On successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attainment. Transfer the skills towards a full qualification or a set of job ready skills.
