Many employers will need summer staff to cope with the huge demand in jobs across a variety of industries.


This is why the NSW Government is offering fee-free, industry-aligned short courses for young people aged 16 to 24 wanting to learn new skills. Among other popular areas, demand for social media talent is rising fast, in an industry created by and for young people.


Develop a social media engagement plan (BSBMKG537) describes the skills and knowledge required to effectively plan engagement with a preferred target audience on social media. It applies to individuals working in a variety of marketing and communications occupational roles who have responsibility for developing social media plans and facilitating social engagement on behalf of a business or organisation.

This short course will give you the knowledge and skills to develop a winning social media strategy.


Start Dates: Every Monday

Delivery: On campus Sydney City, Bondi, Byron Bay or virtual face to face

Duration: 1 week

On successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attainment. Transfer the skills towards a full qualification or a set of job-ready skills.
