This qualification is for individuals who want to manage multiple projects by leading and directing teams to achieve those projects.
This project management course will help students understand how to structure and manage successful projects across a range of industries. Students will learn about project life cycles and the management of this, through learning the tools and techniques for planning, identifying and managing change and risks to your project, as well as how to manage stakeholder expectations and timelines. A Diploma in Project Management will allow students to gain a nationally accredited qualification in under 12 months with Business College at IH.

Ways to study with Business College at IH
Study the Diploma of Project Management full time at Business College at IH, either at one of our campuses around Australia, including centrally located in Sydney CBD, or online. Our online study mode is taught through live lessons with your trainer over video call.

Entry Requirements
- Be a minimum of 18 yrs. of age
- Year 12 (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent; or
- Certificate IV from any training package
- International students must have an IELTS or equivalent score of 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any band
- Access to a laptop or tablet for home and classroom use
Note: Equivalent Year 12 for International Students is educational equivalent or International Baccalaureate.
